Hi, I am Shalin

I am a Trauma-informed healer who helps women shift their childhood patterns and survival skills to move into greater wellbeing, and joy.

I am trained in Somatic Attachment therapy and am a Dr. Amen Brain Health Licensed Trainer – and I use both body and brain health education to help you shift from pain to joy.
