Hi, I am Shalin

I am a Trauma-informed healer who helps women move into greater wellbeing, meaning and joy. We do this by embodying standards of self worth, setting healthy boundaries and moving from chaos to regulation - all by taking into account the science behind how your brain and nervous system work.

I am trained in Somatic Attachment therapy and am a Dr. Amen Brain Health Licensed Trainer – and I use both body and brain health education to help you shift into wellbeing.
