About
I help high-achieving women and caregivers build capacity, cultivate peace, emotional resilience, and authentic wellbeing — using a science-based, somatic, and brain-informed approach.
I'm a Wellbeing Educator and Somatic Mentor who works with individuals and teams who are tired of knowing what they should do — and ready to actually feel different everyday without making it yet another thing on the to-do list.
My work builds grounded, sustainable wellbeing from the inside out, through coaching, and small-group experiences that create real, embodied change.
I sit at the intersection of science and soul. Drawing on wellbeing science, somatic attachment therapy, HeartMath® coherence techniques, and Brain Health education, I help people move from chronic stress and survival mode into a lived experience of composure, clarity, and peace so that they can thrive.
That one question:
How do we actually thrive?
In your world, that might sound like: How do we take care of our caregivers? How do we reduce burnout and keep our best people? How do we show up fully — for others and for ourselves and feel good about it?
I believe wellbeing isn't something we achieve — it's something we embody, and grow into again and again, with compassion and the right tools. Our deepest shifts don't happen in our heads. They happen in our bodies — in our breath, our nervous systems, and our hearts.
For Women
Is This You?
You give generously to everyone around you — and you're the last one on your own list
You're capable and competent on the outside, but quietly exhausted on the inside
You feel guilty when you rest, and anxious when things slow down
You don't always know what you need — you've been so focused on everyone else that you've lost the thread back to yourself
You know the tools intellectually, but knowing isn't the same as feeling it
You're tired of being strong all the time
You don’t feel in charge of your emotions - reactions feel like you are in control, but they don’t get you anywhere
You want to feel genuinely well — not just functional, but truly, deeply okay
If you nodded along to any of this — you're in the right place.
These patterns make complete sense. They developed for a reason. Overgiving, people-pleasing, and living in survival mode aren't character flaws — they're adaptations. Intelligent, understandable responses to the demands placed on you.
But they don't have to be permanent.
With the right tools, the right support, and a little bit of compassion for yourself, you can learn to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your worth, and build a life that actually feels as good as it looks from the outside.
This is exactly the work we do together — and it starts whenever you're ready.
So many high-achieving women are carrying far more than anyone sees — and have been for a long time. They're capable, competent, and quietly exhausted. Many have built their identity around being needed, around showing up, around giving — and have slowly, silently lost themselves in the process.
I coach women on nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and self-regulation — not as productivity tools, but as a pathway back to themselves. Because sustainable resilience isn't built through discipline or willpower. It's built by learning to feel safe in your own body, to trust your own worth, and to meet yourself with the same care you give to everyone else.
My work with women is about reducing emotional suffering, healing the patterns that keep us small or depleted, and building self-worth from the inside out. Together we create an embodied toolkit that travels with you — into the hard conversations, the long days, and the quiet moments when you need it most.
You don't need to earn your wellbeing. You need the tools to embody it.
People who are know already — and are ready to embody.
I work with individuals and teams who are done with advice they can't embody. Who know, intellectually, what they should be doing — and are exhausted by the gap between knowing and actually feeling different.
My clients include high-achieving women navigating burnout, emotional depletion, and the quiet crisis of having built a life that looks full but feels empty. And organizations in healthcare, luxury hospitality, and caregiving — industries where emotional labor is the job description, and where the personal cost of that labor has gone unacknowledged for too long.
I bring over a decade of real-world experience in high-pressure industries — luxury hospitality, real estate, and brand strategy across India and the U.S. That commercial fluency is baked into everything I do. I speak the language of performance, retention, and organizational culture — because I've lived it.
For Organizations & Caregiving Teams
Burnout isn't a personal failing — it's a systemic one. When caregivers, educators, nurses, spa therapists, guest services and frontline teams don't have the nervous system support they need, no amount of resilience training or wellness perks will hold.
I work with caregiving teams to restore regulation at the root — supporting their nervous systems so they can show up whole, present, and effective. This work directly reduces burnout and employee turnover by addressing what's actually happening beneath the surface.
I design and facilitate intimate small-group workshops that combine evidence-based stress management with real somatic transformation — practical tools people can use immediately, in the room and beyond it.
My Approach
Heart-first and research-informed, I draw on four evidence-based disciplines:
HeartMath® Coherence Techniques — science-backed tools that shift your physiology out of stress states and into heart-brain coherence.
Wellbeing Strategy — skills that make sustainable wellbeing practical in real workplaces and real lives.
Somatic Attachment — working with the body's held patterns to build a felt sense of safety and regulation.
Brain Health Education — as a Licensed Trainer with the Amen Clinics, I bring neuroscience into the room in a way that's accessible, empowering, and immediately applicable.

Why This Work Found Me
I know what it feels like to be high-achieving, caring, and quietly falling apart inside.
For a long time, I was living proof that you can look capable on the outside while running on empty within. I was overgiving, people-pleasing, carrying stress I didn't have words for — and still not feeling fulfilled. I had spent most of my life in fight-or-flight without knowing that's what it was. My body was always braced. My worth felt conditional. And a lot of my emotional pain had been so thoroughly hidden — even from myself — that I didn't know it was there until it started asking to be felt.
That recognition sent me down a path of deep, honest study. Not just intellectual learning, but real inner work. I had to reparent myself. I had to sit with grief, anger, and the emotions I had long bypassed or buried. I worked through them — slowly, imperfectly — using somatic practices, journaling, and the very tools I now share with others.
What I was moving toward was simple, but it didn't feel simple at the time: I wanted to feel whole. I wanted to feel worthy — not because I had earned it, but because I had finally stopped arguing against it. I wanted to create something meaningful. And I wanted to give from a fuller cup rather than a depleted one.
All of that journey — every hard season, every developmental skill, every moment of choosing myself — has led me here.
This work isn't something I studied from a distance. It's something I lived my way into. And that's exactly why I trust it.
